This policy explains how SaaSYa handles information collected when someone visits the site, purchases the starter, activates access, or requests support.
What we collect
We may collect your email address, purchase and license metadata, account details, and any information you send during support requests. We may also collect standard analytics and device information needed to operate the site and measure conversions.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver access to SaaSYa, verify purchases, provide support, improve the product, prevent abuse, and maintain billing and account records.
Payments and third parties
SaaSYa purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. The starter includes Stripe code for buyers to use in their own projects, but Stripe is not the merchant of record for buying SaaSYa itself. We may also use service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, and Resend to operate access, hosting, and communication.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide access, support customers, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
