Terms of Service
These terms govern access to SaaSYa, including the website, buyer dashboard, starter download, and support provided after purchase.
Purchase and access
SaaSYa is sold through Lemon Squeezy as a one-time lifetime license. Buyers receive a license key used to unlock one buyer account, the dashboard, and all future stable starter downloads.
License scope
The lifetime license allows unlimited commercial products for yourself or clients. You may modify and deploy products built from SaaSYa, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the starter itself as a competing template.
Refunds
Because SaaSYa provides access to source code and digital assets immediately after purchase, sales are non-refundable except where required by law.
Support
Early-buyer support is provided by email on a reasonable-effort basis. Support covers delivery, activation, and setup guidance. It does not include custom implementation work unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Limitation of liability
SaaSYa is provided as a starter product. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and adapting it for your own production use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
