Terms of Service
These terms govern access to SaaSYa, including the website, buyer dashboard, starter download, and support provided after purchase.
Purchase and access
SaaSYa is sold through Lemon Squeezy. After purchase, buyers receive a license key used to unlock the dashboard and starter download. Access is granted for the plan purchased and may not be shared outside the rights of that plan.
License scope
Your rights depend on the plan you purchased. Core covers products you own. Agency covers qualifying client, team, or studio work. You are responsible for how you deploy, customize, and operate the starter after delivery.
Refunds
Because SaaSYa provides access to source code and digital assets immediately after purchase, sales are non-refundable except where required by law.
Support
Early-buyer support is provided by email on a reasonable-effort basis. Support covers delivery, activation, and setup guidance. It does not include custom implementation work unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Limitation of liability
SaaSYa is provided as a starter product. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and adapting it for your own production use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
